IBM and StreamServe have had a strong relationship for many years, since IBM’s Printer Services Division became a reseller of StreamServe solutions. Under this partnership model, the companies have successfully partnered on projects for such companies as Irish Electricity Supply Board, DFDS, Europcar, and VR Leasing. IBM and StreamServe have now helped joint customers deploy StreamServe applications across a variety of industries including automotive, financial services, retail, travel and transportation, and utilities.

In 2003, StreamServe became an IBM Advanced Business Partner and signed a global Master Relationship Agreement that includes commitments to optimize StreamServe applications on IBM’s technology platforms. StreamServe Enterprise Document Presentment (EDP) is fully integrated with IBM’s technology suite to ensure that customers can create an efficient environment for document processing throughout their business processes. IBM consultants are fully certified to create solutions that make the most effective use of the technology.

The IBM relationship continues to grow. In 2004, StreamServe and IBM’s Business Consulting Services (BCS) organization formalized a partnership that resulted in BCS promoting StreamServe as part of a leading solution for output management in all SAP bids.
